With multiple hotels in one group you will have access also to special hotelgroup overview report. Permissions for this report are shared with classic Overview and you will have access to all hotels which your user can access.
Overview always displays current year split by months with following data:
- RN (roomnights)
- OCC% (occupancy)
- ADR
- RevPar
- REVENUE
Filters on the left side can adjust your criteria. Most important is of course selection which hotels of your group should be part of the overview.
Segments will be selected according to the segments which are used for ADR/RevPar calculation.
Report can also compare current and last year and display year to year differences.
Above the report you can create the XLS file from your results.
XLS contains monthly and yearly totals for all filtered hotels + total summary for all hotels together.
