In the Housekeeping / Housekeeping module you can Activate cleaning option in the upper right section of the module in settings; you can also set up when the rooms will be automatically marked as “uncleaned”.
After activation, individual rooms in the Reservation Calendar can be marked in three ways:
– Black room name – the room has been cleaned
– Red room name with a mop and bucket icon – the room has not yet been cleaned
– Yellow room name – inspection (or check-up cleaning)
If the room’s whole line is highlighted in red and a red warning icon appears on the right, then the given room has a reported and unaddressed defect. You can find more information in the section related to our Housekeeping app.
