How to start
- Contact our sales consultant and he will provide you with neccessary documentation
- Documentation will be passed to ČSOB. Bank will prepare the contract for you.
- You will sign the contract in selected ČSOB office.
- ČSOB technician will deliver the payment terminal to you hotel. Terminal will be activated and you will get basic operational training.
Types of communication with payment terminal
- Payment terminal IS NOT CONNECTED WITH PREVIO
- payment request must be manually entered in payment terminal (same for other operations such as preauthorization etc.)
- payment terminal does not communicate with PREVIO in any way
- Payment terminal IS CONNECTED WITH PREVIO
- payments and preauthorization are induced from Previo (reservation detail, “Room account” or “Group account” tab and adding new payment with CC)
- manual input of payments to terminal is blocked
- information about successful payment is transfered to reservations room account in Previo
- payment can be also cancelled from our system
