You need to set few things first before you and your guests can start using Alfreds help.
- Hotel logo (Settings / Hotel / Other)
- Long and short hotel description (Settings / Description)
- Correctly set address (Settings / Hotel / Contact)
- Contact information – phone number, email address, websites (Settings / Hotel / Contact)
- Alfred theme color (Settings / Alfred app)
- Profile gallery – marked with star (Settings / Hotel / Photogallery)
- Online check-in (Settings / Alfred app)
- Other facilities – sportsfields, conference rooms, wellness, restaurantetc (Settings / Hotel / Rooms) – do not forget to set photogalleries, descriptions and openning hours.
- Wi-fi connection (Settings / Hotel / Amenities / Services and facilities / Wireless internet) – provide your guests with wifi password for your hotel network.
- Services (Pricelist / Services) – do not forget to set photo and description.
- Integrated online payment gateway – if you want to allow your guests online payment option from the app.
- Lock systems – if you are have Salto / Assa Abloy locks connected to our system, guests can use “keys” in the application to get access to their room / hotel lobby / garages / etc.
- Specific tips for activities (Settings / Alfred app) – create your own specific tips for activities and interresting places around your hotel.
- Green option (Settings / Alfred app) – think green! Allow your eco-guests to skip daily cleaning of their room if they find it not neccessary.
